Little Blonde Angel

By Eva Porter and Joe Corbett

Little blonde angel, sit down next to me

Tell me again how much you love me

Put your little hands on my cheeks

Place a kiss on my lips

And scribble me a memory

To stick on the fridge

When I see you smile

I know what happiness is

My blue eyed baby, don’t grow up too fast

Holding you tight, we’ll make the memories last

Will you remember the games that we play?

Will you forget my grumpy days?

Come scribble me a memory

To stick on the fridge

When I see you smile

I know what happiness is

So sit on my lap as I breathe you in

I hope you know how much I love you

Tell me your stories of the day that you’ve had

They sound like music from your lips

And scribble me a memory

To stick on the fridge,

When I hear you laugh

I know my life is complete

Little blonde angel

Little blonde angel

Little blonde angel
